Faraz is an associate at Hamilton & Company where he practices in the areas of commercial litigation, strata property disputes, and general civil litigation. He has gained experience in construction litigation as well, assisting clients with contractual disputes, builders’ liens, and arbitrations.
Faraz graduated from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University where he was an active member of the Student Advocacy Society. Prior to joining Hamilton & Company, Faraz summered and articled at a large national law firm in Ontario where he gained significant exposure to large-scale litigation files. During his time in Ontario, he appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
Being fluent in Farsi affords Faraz the privilege of serving the large Iranian community in British Columbia. Additionally, Faraz grew up in New Westminster and is happy to call the city home once again.
